We are pleased to confirm the program for the afternoon and evening of Thursday, June 6th, which will include:
Meeting and guided tour at the Musee National de L'Automobile in Mulhouse at 6:00 PM
Accreditation at 7:30 PM
Optional dinner (please confirm your attendance) at 8:30 PM

In agreement with the Museum Administration, the facility will remain open exclusively for our group, allowing us to organize a guided tour lasting approximately 1.5 hours.
We will divide our group into two, thus having the opportunity to have two guides available. Admission to the museum will be free offered by the organisation for everyone.
ACCREDITATIONS:
Participant accreditation will take place at the end of the guided tours, starting at 7:30 PM, in a dedicated room within the museum itself. Only in exceptional cases and real needs will accreditation be possible the following morning. During accreditations, we will organize individual briefings for those who require further information about the event or the use of the Roadbook and App.
OPTIONAL DINNER:
Still in the exclusive context of the Museum, after accreditations, we offer the opportunity to participate in an exclusive buffet dinner. Dinner participation is optional and not included in the registration fee, but it is subject to reaching a minimum number of participants.
The cost of the dinner is €50 per person tour and can be paid in cash on the evening of the event itself.

The dinner will take place approximately from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM. At the end of dinner, we will transfer to the hotel for overnight stay.
